The vegetarian recipe for ‘Mashed Potatoes with Baked Green Peas’:
- 4 potatoes (peel, steam until soft, mash)
- 1 cup of green peas
- 2 portions or 32 g of soft cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Combine potatoes + soft cheese + salt and set aside.
- Place green peas into a baking tray and sprinkle over with vegetable oil.
- Bake at 160°c for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, ‘Eggless Mayonnaise’, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
