The vegetarian recipe for ‘Mashed Potatoes with Baked Green Peas’:


  • 4 potatoes (peel, steam until soft, mash)
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 2 portions or 32 g of soft cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil


  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt


  • Combine potatoes + soft cheese + salt and set aside.
  • Place green peas into a baking tray and sprinkle over with vegetable oil.
  • Bake at 160°c for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, ‘Eggless Mayonnaise’, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
