The vegetarian recipe for ‘Kelp and Black Pepper Sauce’:
- 1 kelp (soak in water until soft and cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vegetarian oyster sauce
- Put kelp + water in a blender and puree.
- Heat oil, saute black pepper powder + salt + vegetarian oyster sauce until fragrant.
- Add kelp puree, mix evenly and bring to a boil.
