The vegetarian recipe for ‘Kelp and Black Pepper Sauce’:


  • 1 kelp (soak in water until soft and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup of water


  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vegetarian oyster sauce


  • Put kelp + water in a blender and puree.
  • Heat oil, saute black pepper powder + salt + vegetarian oyster sauce until fragrant.
  • Add kelp puree, mix evenly and bring to a boil.
  • Serve.
