The vegetarian recipe for ‘Baked Sweet Corns’:
- 2 sweet corns
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Gently open the husks of the sweet corns.
- Sprinkle salt over and spread butter on the sweet corns.
- Close the husks back and wrap each sweet corn in a sheet of aluminium foil.
- Put in the oven and bake at 170°c for about 20 minutes.
