The vegetarian recipe for ‘Baked Sweet Corns’:


  • 2 sweet corns
  • 2 tablespoons of butter


  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt


  • Gently open the husks of the sweet corns.
  • Sprinkle salt over and spread butter on the sweet corns.
  • Close the husks back and wrap each sweet corn in a sheet of aluminium foil.
  • Put in the oven and bake at 170°c for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve.
