- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 8 dried chilies (cut into small sections)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Heat the vegetable oil.
- Add dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add sweet corn kernels and stir until fragrant.
- Add cooked rice, salt and black pepper powder; stir-fry unti fragrant.
