The vegetarian recipe for ‘Carrot Puree with Lemon’:


  • 1 carrot (peel and dice)
  • 1 lemon (remove the flesh from the skin and pits)
  • 1/2 cup of water


  • 1 tablespoon of sugar


  • Put carrot + lemon + water in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth and fine.
  • Then, place into a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add sugar and stir evenly before serving.
