Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of firm bean curd (crush)
  • 12 salted dry tofu skin rolls/vegetarian salted fish

Method

  • Heat oil, pan-fry salted dry tofu skin rolls until fragrant, dish out, drain, slightly crush and set aside.
  • Saute firm bean curd until fragrant.
  • Dish out and top with salted dry tofu skin rolls.
  • Serve.
