Ingredients
- 4 pieces of firm bean curd (crush)
- 12 salted dry tofu skin rolls/vegetarian salted fish
Method
- Heat oil, pan-fry salted dry tofu skin rolls until fragrant, dish out, drain, slightly crush and set aside.
- Saute firm bean curd until fragrant.
- Dish out and top with salted dry tofu skin rolls.
- Serve.
