Ingredients

  • 1 small packet of oyster mushroom
  • 16 slices of hundred layer tofu/百叶豆腐 bai ye dou fu
  • 2 tomatoes (cut each into 6 wedges)
  • 1/2 ginger (shred and pan-fry)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (stir-fry)

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Arrange the ingredients side by side – one wedge of tomato, one slice of hundred layer tofu and one abalone mushroom.
  • Sprinkle over sugar + soy sauce + vegetarian seasoning + pan-fried shredded ginger + stir-fried oil + 1/2 cup of water.
  • Steam for 15 minutes and serve.
