Ingredients
- 1 small packet of oyster mushroom
- 16 slices of hundred layer tofu/百叶豆腐 bai ye dou fu
- 2 tomatoes (cut each into 6 wedges)
- 1/2 ginger (shred and pan-fry)
- 2 tablespoons of oil (stir-fry)
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
Method
- Arrange the ingredients side by side – one wedge of tomato, one slice of hundred layer tofu and one abalone mushroom.
- Sprinkle over sugar + soy sauce + vegetarian seasoning + pan-fried shredded ginger + stir-fried oil + 1/2 cup of water.
- Steam for 15 minutes and serve.
