The vegetarian recipe for ‘Crunchy Baby Corns':


  • 12 baby corns
  • 1 cup self-rising flour


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder


  • Combine self-rising flour + salt + sugar + white pepper powder + some water to form a frying batter.
  • Heat oil.
  • Dip the baby corns in the batter (one by one).
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Serve.
