• 1/2 kelp (soak in water until soft, cut into strips and set aside)
  • 1 piece of soft bean curd (cut into fourths)
  • 1/2 cup of soya mince (heat 1/2 cup of oil and stir-fry until fragrant, dish out and set aside)


  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce (made from shiitake mushroom)


  • In some remaining oil, stir-fry kelp strips + salt + vegetarian oyster sauce + some water.
  • Add bean curd cubes and briefly stir-fry.
  • Stew for about 5 minutes.
  • Dish out and top with stir-fried soya mince.
  • Serve.
