The vegetarian recipe for Black Sticky Rice Dessert Soup:

Ingredients
- 1 cup black sticky/glutinous rice (wash)
 - 5 cups water
 - 3 tbsp sugar
 
Method
- Place black sticky rice and water in a pot and cook over low heat for 35 minutes.
 - Add sugar and stir well.
