Homemade/DIY Dried Tofu:

- 2 blocks firm tofu (cut into 1/2-inch thick slices)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Mix the turmeric powder, vegetable oil, salt and sugar together.
- Evenly spread the marinade on the firm tofu slices.
- Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
