Baked Eggplant with Black Pepper Powder 香烤黑胡椒茄子

The vegan recipe for Baked Eggplant with Black Pepper Powder:

Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant (cut into round slices)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Spread olive oil (1/2 tbsp) on a baking tray.
  2. Lay the eggplant on the tray.
  3. Sprinkle olive oil (1 tbsp), salt and black pepper powder over.
  4. Bake at 170°C for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
