Roasted Black Beans 香烤黑豆

The vegan recipe for Roasted Black Beans:

servings – 1/2 cup roasted black beans


  • 1/2 cup black beans (soak in water for 4 hours and drain)
  • 1 tsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Mix black beans with olive oil and salt.
  2. Evenly spread the black beans in a rectangle baking tray.
  3. Bake at 180­­°C for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove, cool and serve.
