The vegetarian recipe for Banana and Coconut Milk Dessert:

  • 4 bananas (peel and cut into round pieces)
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • coconut milk to taste


  1. Place water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add bananas and cook for a while.
  3. Add brown sugar and simmer until it dissolves.
  4. Ladle into dessert bowls and top with coconut milk.
