The vegetarian recipe for Blanched Asparagus With Grape Seed Oil and Lemon Juice:
servings – 2
- 10 spears asparagus (trim and cut in half)
- 2 tsp grape seed oil
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- Blanch asparagus spears in boiling water, remove, drain and set on a plate.
- Sprinkle over with grape seed oil, lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.
