The vegetarian recipe for Assorted Vegetables Simmered With White Pepper Seeds:

- 1 carrot (dice)
- 4 potatoes (peel and dice)
- 2 tomatoes (dice)
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white pepper seeds (crush)
- Place butter in a pot and saute until fragrant.
- Add carrot, potato, tomato, crushed white pepper seeds, salt and water.
- Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes.
