The vegetarian recipe for Seaweed with Vinegar Sauce:
servings – 1/2 cup sauce
- 1 seaweed sheet (tear into small pieces)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- Place all the ingredients in a sauce pot.
- Simmer over low heat until the seaweed is dissolved.
