• 1 small bunch of spaghetti (cook in boiling water until tender, dish out, drain and set aside)
  • 5 button mushrooms (slice)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup of white mushroom sauce – please refer to white mushroom sauce recipe


  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning


  • Stir-fry butter in a small pot over low heat.
  • Add mushroom slices + salt + vegetarian seasoning and stir-fry.
  • Cover the pot, cook until the mushrooms are moist and softened.
  • Add white mushroom sauce + cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  • Cover the pot, simmer until fully absorbed, dish out and serve.
