Ingredients
- 1 small bunch of spaghetti (cook in boiling water until tender, dish out, drain and set aside)
 - 5 button mushrooms (slice)
 - 1 tablespoon of butter
 - 1 cup of white mushroom sauce – please refer to white mushroom sauce recipe
 
Seasonings
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
 
Method
- Stir-fry butter in a small pot over low heat.
 - Add mushroom slices + salt + vegetarian seasoning and stir-fry.
 - Cover the pot, cook until the mushrooms are moist and softened.
 - Add white mushroom sauce + cooked spaghetti and mix well.
 - Cover the pot, simmer until fully absorbed, dish out and serve.

Vegetarian seasoning is referring to vegetarian flavor enhancer, you should be able to find it in a vegetarian grocery store or organic shop.
