The vegetarian recipe for Vegetable Omelette:

- 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (defrost)
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 2 cheese slices – suitable for vegetarians (cut into thin strips)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients.
- Heat oil.
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the vegetable batter and pan-fry over medium heat until golden brown; repeat.
