- 1 kg of fresh wheat noodle/生面 saang mein
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Heat up some oil, add wheat noodles, pan-fry the noodles over low heat until fragrant, cover the pan and briefly simmer.
- Then, add salt + vegetarian seasoning + some water, cover the pan and briefly simmer.
- Open the lid and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add some water, cover the pan again and briefly simmer.
- Dish out and serve.
