The vegetarian recipe for Sponge Bread:
- 4 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- Place all ingredients and seasonings in a mixer.
- Whisk until smooth and fine.
- Gently pour the batter into a greased rectangle cake pan.
- Then, put in a preheated oven and bake at 160°c for about 45 minutes.
- Cool, slice and serve.
