The vegetarian recipe for ‘Winter Melon Soup’:
Ingredients
- 1/2 or 500 g of winter melon (peel, remove the seeds and core, dice)
- 8 red dates
- 8 cups of water
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Method
- Place water + winter melon + red dates in a pot.
- Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Add salt and stir to combine evenly.
