The vegetarian recipe for ‘Curry Tofu’:
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of bean curd/tofu (cut each into fourths)
 
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
 
Method
- Heat oi, pan-fry bean curd, dish out and set aside.
 - In some remaining oil, stir-fry curry powder + chili powder + sugar + salt + soy sauce + some water until fragrant.
 - Lastly, add pan-fried bean curd and combine evenly.
