The vegetarian recipe for ‘Curry Tofu’:

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of bean curd/tofu (cut each into fourths)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce

Method

  • Heat oi, pan-fry bean curd, dish out and set aside.
  • In some remaining oil, stir-fry curry powder + chili powder + sugar + salt + soy sauce + some water until fragrant.
  • Lastly, add pan-fried bean curd and combine evenly.
  • Dish out and serve.
