Ingredients

  • 2 pickled mustard tubers (cut into strips, soak in water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside)
  • 1 small packet of salted vegetable (cut into strips, soak in water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside)
  • 3 tomatoes (cut into small wedges)
  • 2 fresh chilies (cut into strips and set aside)

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Method

  • Stir-fry pickled mustard tuber strips + salted vegetable strips + tomato wedges.
  • Add sugar + 2 cups of water and simmer until fully absorbed.
  • Add chili strips and briefly stir-fry.
  • Dish out and serve.
