Ingredients
- 1/2 kelp (soak in water until soft, cut into strips and set aside)
- 1 piece of soft bean curd (cut into fourths)
- 1/2 cup of soya mince (heat 1/2 cup of oil and stir-fry until fragrant, dish out and set aside)
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce (made from shiitake mushroom)
Method
- In some remaining oil, stir-fry kelp strips + salt + vegetarian oyster sauce + some water.
- Add bean curd cubes and briefly stir-fry.
- Stew for about 5 minutes.
- Dish out and top with stir-fried soya mince.
- Serve.
