Vegetarian Recipe: Snowy Red and Mung Bean Soup


  • 1 cup of red bean (rinse)
  • 1 cup of mung bean (rinse)


  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • coconut milk for topping


  • Add the rinsed red and mung beans into 1/2 pot of water.
  • Cook until the beans are tender.
  • Add sugar and briefly boil.
  • Serve in bowls and top with some coconut milk.
