Pastry = combine wheat flour + wholemeal flour + salt + 1/2 cup of oil + 2 cups of water, blend well and knead to form a dough. Cut the dough into small pieces, roll into small balls and flatten into round shapes with a roller.
Filling = mash the steamed pumpkin on a pan, add sugar + coconut milk and cook until fully absorbed.
Add 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin filling onto the center of the pastry.
