The Climate Table Industry Community, in collaboration with Shanghai Climate Week, is developing the Oriental Dawn Sustainable Food Service Standard — the first standard to integrate global sustainability practices with Eastern dietary culture.
A meaningful standard cannot be created by a few voices alone. It requires real-world experience, diverse perspectives and collective wisdom to ensure it is practical, credible and relevant to the industry.
