Ingredients
- 10 vegetable rolls/素食面线虾 vegetarian Misua prawns su shi mian xian xia (defrost)
- 10 bird’s eye chilies (dice)
- 20 curry leaves
- 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
Method
- Fry vegetable rolls till golden brown, dish out, drain and set on a plate.
- In 1 tablespoon of remaining oil, stir-fry curry leaves + bird’s eye chilies + evaporated milk + salt + vegetarian seasoning.
- Briefly simmer.
- Slowly pour the hot sauce over the fried vegetarian rolls and serve.
