Ingredients

  • 10 vegetable rolls/素食面线虾 vegetarian Misua prawns su shi mian xian xia (defrost)
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies (dice)
  • 20 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup of evaporated milk

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Fry vegetable rolls till golden brown, dish out, drain and set on a plate.
  • In 1 tablespoon of remaining oil, stir-fry curry leaves + bird’s eye chilies + evaporated milk + salt + vegetarian seasoning.
  • Briefly simmer.
  • Slowly pour the hot sauce over the fried vegetarian rolls and serve.
