Ground Lemongrass Sauce 香茅末酱

The vegan recipe for Ground Lemongrass Sauce:

  • 4 stalks lemongrass (remove the hard layers and cut the bulbs into thin slices)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Finely grind the lemongrass slices.
  2. Transfer the ground lemongrass into a pan.
  3. Add vegetable oil, water and salt; saute until fragrant.
  4. Remove and serve.
