Black Bean and Longan Soup 龙眼黑豆汤

The vegan recipe for Black Bean and Longan Soup:

servings – 4


  • 1/2 cup black beans (soak in water for 3 hours, remove and drain)
  • 15 dried longans
  • 5 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Place black beans, dried longans and water into a pot; bring to a boil.
  2. Switch to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add salt and stir well.
  4. Ladle into soup bowls and serve.
