The vegetarian recipe for Snow White Ice Cream Cake:

servings – 1 rice bowl sized cake


  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup instant oatmeal
  • 3 slices vegetarian cheese (dice and mash)
  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • evaporated milk to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a rice bowl and freeze for about 2 hours.
  3. Remove the cake from the bowl, set it on a plate, top with evaporated milk and slice.
