The vegetarian recipe for Snow White Ice Cream Cake:
servings – 1 rice bowl sized cake
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup instant oatmeal
- 3 slices vegetarian cheese (dice and mash)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- evaporated milk to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a rice bowl and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Remove the cake from the bowl, set it on a plate, top with evaporated milk and slice.
