  • 4 cups water
  • coconut milk to taste


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  1. Place white wheat berries and water in a pot.
  2. Cook until the berries become mushy.
  3. Add sugar and stir well.
  4. Ladle into soup bowls and top with coconut milk.
