The vegetarian recipe for Short Rice Noodles with Soy Sauce Dressing:

- 1 kg short rice noodles
- 2 stalks coriander (dice)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- Blanch short rice noodles in boiling water, ladle into a sieve, drain and place on a plate.
- Sprinkle over with vegetable oil, dark soy sauce, soy sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce.
- Mix evenly.
- Top with diced coriander.
