The vegetarian recipe for ‘Sauteed Sweet Potato Leaves with Vegetarian Belacan’:
- 1 bunch of sweet potato leaves (wash)
- adequeate vegetarian belacan powder
- some chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Heat oil, saute belacan powder + chili powder until fragrant.
- Add sweet potato leaves, briefly saute and cover the pan for a while.
- Lastly, add salt + vegetarian seasoning and stir evenly before serving.
