The vegetarian recipe for ‘Sauteed Sweet Potato Leaves with Vegetarian Belacan’:


  • 1 bunch of sweet potato leaves (wash)
  • adequeate vegetarian belacan powder
  • some chili powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning


  • Heat oil, saute belacan powder + chili powder until fragrant.
  • Add sweet potato leaves, briefly saute and cover the pan for a while.
  • Lastly, add salt + vegetarian seasoning and stir evenly before serving.
