The vegetarian recipe for ‘Silver Ear Mushroom Simmered with Cheese and Tomato’:


  • 2 silver ear mushrooms/snow fungus (soak in water until soft, wash, remove hard ends and tear into small pieces)
  • 2 tomatoes (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 portions/32 g of soft cheese


  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt


  • Heat oil, saute silver ear mushrooms + tomatoes + soft cheese + some water.
  • Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Add salt and combine evenly.
  • Dish out and serve.
