• 5 apples (peel, remove seeds and core, cut into cubes, puree and set aside)
  • 4 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of oil


  • 1 cup of sugar


  • Put apple puree + sugar into a pot, constantly stir and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
  • Combine wheat flour + 1/2 cup of water + oil and knead the dough.
  • Divide the dough into 2 portions.
  • Spread some wheat flour on the table and roll each dough into a round pastry.
  • Lay one pastry into a round baking pan, gentle pour the apple filling over and spread evenly.
  • Then, cover the pie with the other round pastry.
  • Put in a 180°c oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing and serve.
