- 2 rice bowls of cooked rice/leftover rice
- 1 piece of ginger (chop)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Heat oil, stir-fry chopped ginger until fragrant.
- Add rice and stir-fry.
- Add salt + vegetarian seasoning + some water.
- Cover the pan and briefly simmer.
- Dish out and serve.
