Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds)
  • 1 orange bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds)
  • 1/2 loaf of vegetarian fish/素食乌柳宜 su shi wu liu yu  (defrost and mince)
  • 1 piece of bean curd (mash)
  • 3 tablespoons of self-rising flour

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Combine minced vegetarian fish + mashed bean curd + salt + vegetarian seasoning + self-rising flour + some water.
  • Stuff the mixture into the bell pepper halves.
  • Pan-fry over low heat until golden brown.
  • Dish out, drain and serve.
