Vegetarian Recipe: Stuffed Bell Peppers Posted by Susan Siow | Sep 4, 2011 | Delights, Updates, Vegetarian Recipes Ingredients 1 green bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds) 1 red bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds) 1 orange bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds) 1/2 loaf of vegetarian fish/素食乌柳宜 su shi wu liu yu (defrost and mince) 1 piece of bean curd (mash) 3 tablespoons of self-rising flour Seasonings 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning Method Combine minced vegetarian fish + mashed bean curd + salt + vegetarian seasoning + self-rising flour + some water. Stuff the mixture into the bell pepper halves. Pan-fry over low heat until golden brown. Dish out, drain and serve.
