- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Arranged Lady’s Fingers + tomato wedges on a steaming plate.
- Sprinkle salt + vegetarian seasoning over.
- Top with minced ginger (stir-fried) and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
