Ingredients
- 6 Lady’s Fingers (remove both ends and cut into halves)
 - 1 tomato (cut into 6 wedges)
 - 1 ginger (mince; heat oil, stir-fry until fragrant, set aside)
 
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
 
Method
- Arranged Lady’s Fingers + tomato wedges on a steaming plate.
 - Sprinkle salt + vegetarian seasoning over.
 - Top with minced ginger (stir-fried) and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
