Ingredients

  • 15 soya nuggets/vegetarian roasted chicken 素香酥鸡 su xiang su ji (defrost and dice)
  • 1 kg of short rice noodles (blanch in boiling water, drain and set aside)
  • 2 stalks of coriander (dice)

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chili sauce

Method

  • Bring 1 cup of oil to a boil.
  • Stir-fry diced soya nuggets over medium heat.
  • Add some water + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder + sugar and simmer.
  • Add diced coriander, stir-fry, dish out and set aside.
  • Serve short rice noodles with the coriander mixture and chili sauce.
