Ingredients
- 15 soya nuggets/vegetarian roasted chicken 素香酥鸡 su xiang su ji (defrost and dice)
- 1 kg of short rice noodles (blanch in boiling water, drain and set aside)
- 2 stalks of coriander (dice)
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of chili sauce
Method
- Bring 1 cup of oil to a boil.
- Stir-fry diced soya nuggets over medium heat.
- Add some water + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder + sugar and simmer.
- Add diced coriander, stir-fry, dish out and set aside.
- Serve short rice noodles with the coriander mixture and chili sauce.
