Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of bean curd (crush)
  • 1/2 loaf of vegetarian salted fish (defrost and mince)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Method

  • Heat 1/2 cup of oil. Stir-fry minced vegetarian salted fish until fragrant, dish out and set aside.
  • Stir-fry crushed bean curd + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder.
  • Then, add the stir-fried vegetarian salted fish.
  • Stir-fry repeatedly.
  • Cover the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Dish out and serve.
