Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin cubes (steam until tender and mash)
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp ground golden flax seeds

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and occasionally stir until boiling.
  2. Add salt and stir well.
  3. Serve.
