素食食谱:南瓜花生酱

《南瓜花生酱》之素食食谱:

500 克蘸酱

材料

  • 500 克南瓜(削皮、切块、蒸至熟软)
  • 1/2 杯花生酱
  • 3 汤匙椰浆
  • 1 杯水

调味料

  • 1/2 茶匙盐
  • 1/2 茶匙糖
  • 1/2 茶匙辣椒粉
  • 1/2 茶匙咖哩粉

做法

  1. 将南瓜和水置入搅拌机里打至细滑,待用。
  2. 锅内入油烧热,炒香咖哩粉和辣椒粉。
  3. 倒入南瓜泥。
  4. 加入盐、糖和椰浆,拌匀,煮一会。
  5. 加入花生酱,拌匀,煮沸即可。
